PricingAdaptive Consulting offers it's services to clients on a fixed-price or time and material model, whichever suits them best. For projects that have a defined scope a fixed-price model works best and for those projects where there are many unknowns and the scope of works is uncertain we usually recommend a time and material (T&M) model. DurationsWe undertake all our work as projects and agree on a scope for the work with our clients. The project work could be on an ad-hoc, part-time, short-term (a week to a few months) or a long-term basis. LocationDepending on the type of work, our consultants would either work at the client premises or work off-site. For example, on a software development project the requirements gathering will be performed at client sites but the actual development work will take place off-site to minimise disruptions and for easier management. |
