 Roshan is an experienced consultant with a strong Project Management and Business Analysis background. Having worked across multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transport and Logistics, Food and Education, Roshan has a well rounded experience that he can bring to any organisation. His passion lies within the Supply Chain industry and he is always on the lookout for ways to improve systems and processes in the industry.
Some of the companies that Roshan has worked for or consulted to include VicRoads, Deakin University, Australia Post, Patrick Autocare, Ciena, POAGS, Pepsi (Hong Kong and China), DeCoro (China), Pacific Dunlop (China), Ghim Li Group of Companies (Singapore), and Infor (formerly Geac and JBA), the global software vendor, over the past 15 years.
  Some of the projects that Roshan has worked on over the years include:
- Being the subject matter expert on Transport Systems and Barcode Scanning Systems
- Implementing network security projects
- Developing IT strategy and plans for businesses that are looking to expand
- Overseeing the development of a range of Software and Web Applications
- Implementing systems that allow businesses stand out in the marketplace
- Performing risk assessments and developing risk management plans
Roshan is a proud member of the Australian Computer Society and in his spare time Roshan tutors Masters students who are completing their Professional Year Program through the Australian Computer Society. He's main interests outside of work are Sports and Travel. |

 Andrew has been working in the IT field for over twenty years, and his experience has taken him across three continents. He’s spent years working for some of the most well-known high street retail brands, helping them to make their dealings with suppliers more efficient and rewarding and helping them achieve more sales.
Andrew’s strength and experience lies within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across all areas of ERP, whether it be inventory & warehousing, sales, purchasing or data analysis, business intelligence and Customer Relationship Management. Andrew realises that helping people understand and use the vast amount of knowledge held within these systems can be a huge advantage for their business.
Some of the projects that Andrew has worked on over the years include:
- Installing and supporting ERP systems
- Project Managing system integration and ERP implementation projects
- Implementing CRM systems
- Designing and developing customised software applications for listed companies
- Analysing information and data to find ways to improve efficiencies across organisations and/or departments
Outside of IT, Andrew has a passion for Sustainable Living and he founded IC Sustainability.
